Chris has been with Thermco’s sales team since 1995, calling on specifying consulting engineers and mechanical contractors. Subsequently, Chris was promoted to Director of Engineering Sales, providing supervision to Thermco’s engineering group and ensuring our exposure to the Consulting Engineer, Industrial and Mechanical Contractor communities. Chris became Co-President and Principal in 2019. With Tom, he is responsible for overall corporate management, as well as the development of the corporation and the lines Thermco Represents. Chris is currently a member of the Board of Directors for ASHRAE. He is Director and Regional Chair (DCR), Region I. He is also the Past President of the New Jersey Chapter of ASHRAE.
Background: Chris is a Graduate Engineer. He spent seven years as a Senior Engineer with a major manufacturer.

Tom joined Thermco in 2000 as a member of our Wholesale Sales Team. He was subsequently promoted to Director of Wholesale Sales, leading the Wholesale Sales Team, while developing Thermco's Wholesaler/Distributor network and initiating creative marketing campaigns. Tom became Co-President and Principal in 2019. With Chris, he is responsible for overall corporate management, as well as the development of the corporation and the lines Thermco represents.
Background: Tom is a licensed plumber with eight years of experience as a contractor. He went on to work for a major wholesaler, managing one of their many branches. |

Dave has been with Thermco’s inside sales and technical support department since 1999. Among Dave’s duties are the supervision of the inside sales group, warehouse staff and inventory control. Dave provides responsive assistance to our customers including quotations, technical support and order follow-up. Conducts in-house and field product training seminars.
Background: Dave spent three years with a major New Jersey supply house as an outside salesman. |

Bob joined Thermco in 2019. His primary responsibility is managing the company's Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll. Bob is also responsible for streamlining Thermco's procedures to benefit our customers and employees. He monitors our business processes and makes improvements to optimize our efficiency.
Background: Bob has extensive management and leadership experience across various business disciplines, including human resources, benefits, payroll, finance, project management, and IT systems. |

Background: Ross is a graduate engineer and has valuable commercial sales experience as a Metro NY and NJ manufacturer’s representative team member.

John has worked as Thermco's Estimator since 2007. His responsibilities include plan and spec takeoff, quotations, job tracking and product training seminars.
Background: John joined Thermco with over 20 years' experience in the HVAC industry. He has worked in field service technology, equipment installation, project design and sales.

Michael joined Thermco in 2021. He assists our customers with equipment selection, price quotations and troubleshooting. With extensive field experience and previous familiarity with Thermco's products, Michael is an invaluable technical support resource.
Background: Michael came to Thermco with over 35 years of HVAC technical experience. After studying at Lincoln Tech and through local apprenticeships, he worked in the field on both commercial and residential equipment. Later, Michael ran his own HVAC company for 10 years before becoming the Service Manager for a large mechanical contractor. |

Carlos joined Thermco in 2019. As a member of our Engineering Sales Team, he assists customers with sales and technical support inquiries.
Background: Carlos worked in the field for 17 years as a Project Manager for a large plumbing contractor. He has also worked as an Estimator and a Purchaser. Carlos has extensive experience with on-site troubleshooting, creating job quotations and material lists. |

In 2002, Jim joined Thermco to provide added support and technical assistance to our growing customer base and expanding product lines. He subsequently transitioned to our Wholesale Sales Team. He calls on New Jersey Contractors.
Background: Jim spent three years working for a major wholesaler. For five years prior to that, he worked as a communications supervisor.

Background: Victor worked for several years as an Inside Sales Representative for a major plumbing and HVAC wholesaler.

Helen came to Thermco in 2006. Helen assists our customers with parts order entry and expediting, with a major focus on Reznor. In addition, Helen takes part in the maintenance of our inventory control system.
Background: Helen spent over 15 years working with two global consumer goods companies.

Steve joined Thermco's Inside Sales Team in 2015. He provides sales and technical support for our many product lines.
Background: Steve worked as a HVAC technician with a local Contractor for 15 years. In addition, Steve has five years' experience as a technical school instructor in the principles of gas, electric and oil heating. |

Toni is the friendly voice that greets our customers on the phone. She joined Thermco's support staff in 2015 with over 20 years of office administration experience. She provides adminstrative support to our sales team, while assisting with product inventory control. Toni also manages our Literature Department and our office supply inventory. |

Noelle joined Thermco's team in 2021. She is a vital asset to both our Sales and Support Teams. Noelle assists with incoming call flow, the creation and dissemination of marketing material and order entry. Noelle has experience with retail sales and security management. |

Mary joined Thermco early in 2014, after having spent several years in support positions with TV production and marketing firms. As Thermco's Marketing Administrator, Mary maintains all Thermco's printed and digital media including our website and social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. She also generates Thermco Updates which are sent electronically to our customers, keeping them up-to-date on the latest product news and promotions.
